That's who it's designed for. The constraint on a business doing well is rarely effort — it's usually something hard to see from inside.
What size of business is this designed for?
Established businesses with customers, employees and revenue — broadly ₹5–50 Cr. Not for people still starting out.
What actually happens during the day?
You work on your own business through exercises, conversations and discoveries. Expect to think and decide, not to sit through presentations.
Is this relevant across industries?
